At CenterField, we strive to provide high-quality content, resources, and services to our users. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and conditions regarding refunds for our digital products, courses, memberships, and other offerings.

1. Digital Products

1.1 eBooks, Guides, and Templates

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable eBooks, guides, templates, and other digital materials are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your purchased digital product, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

1.2 Digital Art Downloads

All digital art downloads are final sales and non-refundable once the download link has been provided. If you have not downloaded the file and wish to request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

2. Online Courses

2.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for our premium online courses. If you are unsatisfied with your course purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course material.

2.2 Refund Process for Courses

To request a refund for an eligible course:

  2. Include your full name, email used for purchase, and order number
  3. Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund
  4. We will process your request within 5 business days

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

3.1 Monthly Memberships

For monthly memberships, you may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. When you cancel, you will maintain access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.

3.2 Annual Memberships

Annual memberships may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within 30 days of purchase or renewal. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period, but you will continue to have access until the end of your paid term.

3.3 Membership Cancellation Process

To cancel your membership:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts

4. Workshops and Events

4.1 Virtual Workshops

Virtual workshop registrations may be refunded if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event. However, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us via email.

4.2 In-Person Events

In-person event policies are specified at the time of purchase and may vary by event. Generally, refunds are available up to 14 days before the event, with a 15% administrative fee. No refunds are available within 14 days of the event, but you may transfer your ticket to another person.

Note: If an event is canceled or rescheduled by CenterField, you will be offered the option of a full refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.

5. Custom Services

5.1 Consulting and Mentoring

Consulting and mentoring services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may reschedule without penalty. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.

5.2 Custom Artwork and Commissions

Custom artwork and commissions require a non-refundable deposit of 30-50% (as specified in your contract). The deposit covers initial concept work and is not refundable once work has begun. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery of the final artwork. Refunds are not available after approval of the final concept.

6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

6.1 Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our products or services, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or, if necessary, issue a refund at our discretion.

6.2 Unauthorized Purchases

If you discover unauthorized charges from CenterField on your payment method, contact us immediately with details of the transaction. Unauthorized purchases will be investigated and refunded if verified.

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.

7.2 Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
